ABOUT 

Corey is a New York City based actor originally from Greensboro, NC, with big dreams and an even bigger heart. His stage was built long before he ever stepped into a theatre, first in the church youth choir and then by transforming his bedroom into a full-scale production, often forcing his younger siblings to perform alongside him.

Even as a kid, Corey was determined to be a star, consistently begging his family to let him take center stage and show off his talents any chance that he could. His big break (debatable) came with Beauty & the Beast Jr., his community theatre debut as the most iconic knife you’ve ever seen. No lines, no solos, he was just happy to be there. But the truth is, he was hooked long before that, when he begged his elementary school music teacher to let him help backstage on Annie Jr., a show he self-proclaimed he sang backup vocals for from the wings.

There was no stopping him now! Corey threw himself into the world of theatre, performing in countless productions and dreaming bigger with each one. He went on to attend his local performing arts high school, then earned his BFA in Musical Theatre from Western Carolina University in 2020. Now he’s chasing his dreams with a heart full of ambition, excitement, and relentless drive.

When not performing, you’ll find Corey curating his latest Spotify playlist, snacking on fruit snacks, laughing with friends, watching The Parent Trap (1998), or daydreaming about his future biopic.
